We're a leading car buying company based in Dandenong South, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have previous experience in the car industry and are skilled at handling phone calls and delivering top-notch customer support, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Answering incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Assisting customers with inquiries related to our car buying services.

Providing accurate information about the car buying process, pricing, and available options.

Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact to final purchase.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and services.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the car industry.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy.

Knowledge of cars, automotive terminology, and the car buying process.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and managing customer interactions.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,178.93 - $69,706.21 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
