Farm Manager

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily care of a variety of animals (e.g., sheep/goats, chickens, bees etc) and ensure their well-being.
- Manage and maintain vegetable gardens and fruit trees to ensure year-round harvests.
- Implement and manage new projects to improve the farm.
- Help organise and host guest experiences, including airbnb, tours, workshops/courses and hunting events.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of farm produce and products for sale.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experienced in farming, gardening and/or animal husbandry.
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and permaculture principles.
- Handy with farm tools and machineries for general maintenance tasks.
- Trade skills such as carpentry, lumberjack, electrician, plumber, or mechanic will be highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (working bee and/or woofing).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanour.
- Passion for sustainable living and have a resourcefulness mindset.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
