**Cafe All-Rounder and Kitchen Assistant - Mandurah**

**The Company**
We are an established WA owned and run Company operating 17 Cafes, a Central Bake house and Administration. We are renowned for welcoming service, great coffee and our handmade cakes, pastries and sandwiches.

**The Role**
- Cafe All-Rounder:_
- Report directly to the Cafe Manager
- Serving customers and using the tills
- Delivering meals and drinks to tables
- Preparing food and beverages to a high standard
- Cleaning and sanitizing work stations
- Engaging with your team and customers alike
- Coffee making and Barista experience is not essential but highly desirable
- Kitchen Assistant:_
- Creating Miss Maud gourmet sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps
- Attention to detail
- Preparing the kitchen for the lunchtime rush
- Producing a large range of Miss Maud catering platters
- Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen to ensure all food safety standards are met
- Previous experience in cafe, kitchen, food service or catering roles highly desirable

**Skills and Experience**
- People person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure during busy periods
- Good communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues

**What’s on offer**
We have numerous vacancies which offer approximately 15 - 20 hours per week, ideal for university students. We are open shopping centre hours, Monday to Sunday, and can be flexible with your lifestyle and study commitments. Additional hours and career progression are available to those looking to develop their hospitality skills and develop their career.
