Encompassing all aspects of practice development, clinical and employee management, the Dental General Manager will be integral to the operational success of our practices.
**The Heart of the role**:
- Support Practice Managers to ensure smooth running of practice operations and establish open communications across the practice
- Work with the Principal Dentist and Practice Manager in establishing targets and KPIs on practice performance
- Review and monitor actual achievement of the KPIs
- Develop relevant statistical reports for practice and DC use
- Develop staff resource modelling to maximise productivity taking into consideration the financial impact of rosters
- Develop a reward and recognition program for all practice staff
**What you'll bring**:
- Prior business development experience, experience in project management and/or marketing is desirable
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
- Excellent sales and business development skills
- Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
- Proven ability to develop, manage and implement new business initiatives and change programs
