**Your Team**
Content Services is the engine room for all things document and contract lifecycle at CBA. Our role is to enable our customers to fulfil their financial goals simply and quickly by optimizing the end-to-end document lifecycle. We are working towards a future where our customers, staff and partners can immediately generate, identify and exchange the right information in the right format, anytime from anywhere.
We have three key capability groups that are focussed on delighting our customers and stakeholders across receiving, returning, retrieving, retaining and respecting their document and contract requirements.
As a Product Owner you will be a key player in putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, to ensure we are designing and delivering platform solutions that are customer obsessed and drive our strategic ambition.
**Your core responsibilities**:
- Work closely with your Product Manger to translate product vision, strategy and roadmap into actionable tasks and be responsible for delivery outcomes
- Be a key point of contact with Business Stakeholders and other internal product teams to continually deliver value from the product and drive towards our strategic ambition
- Work with the team to define problems into user stories and solutions into business value
- Participate in research and evaluate data to inform decision making embedding continuous learning and improvement
- Work collaboratively with engineers, other product teams and Business Stakeholders to prioritize the backlog for the product that continuously delivers measurable value enabling the achievement of the business results
- Contribute to the all stages of the product process including problem/solution definition, design, prototyping, delivery and optimisation
