As our Evacuation Diagram Draftsperson, you will be working with some of our major clients across the Form1 Group in
various industries including schools, hospitals, aged care facilities and commercial premises. Primarily based from our
office in Artarmon, your key responsibilities will be working with our clients to create Emergency Evacuation Diagrams, Fire
Hydrant Block Plans and other plans as required to ensure property and people are kept safe. Outside of the core duties of
the role, assisting other departments of the business including training, safety and finance will ensure the role is varied and
there is continual opportunity for growth & development. This is an office based role.
- Drafting initial floor plan design and finalise diagrams
- Proofing finalised floor plan designs to actual design
- Administration duties including invoicing, scheduling, general clerical duties for the role
- Assisting and supporting other team members as required
- Interacting with internal & external stakeholders
- Basic design or drafting experience
- Computer literacy across a number of platforms inc. Microsoft Office, CAD & PlanStudio software
- Exposure to emergency management standards, highly desirable
- Reliability and a commitment to high work standards and an eye for detail;
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised, as well as being part of our team;
- A great attitude, willingness to be part of our team, and a strong focus on helping our customers;
