**ABOUT YOU**:
The Administration Assistant’s primary purpose is to ensure our offices and asset records are well maintained. The position works with a small team based in the Adelaide Office, as well as with stakeholders from across Australia. Humanity Health Group is an equal opportunity employer and provides a supportive working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage assets across the business (including issuing and returning IT assets for employees)
- Assist with system administration duties
- Manage all office maintenance requirements
- Manage supplies including but not limited to stationery, PPE, kitchen supplies, IT supplies for all Humanity Health Group offices across Australia

**You will have**:
You will be a confident communicator, well presented and able to hit the ground running. Other requirements include:

- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the Employer.
- Ability to represent the Employer in its business dealings as and when directed.
- Ability to undertake other services or tasks as agreed by the parties from time to time.
- Ability to perform to the best of your abilities and knowledge the duties associated with your position and such other duties as are assigned to you by the Employer.
- To act in the best interests of the Employer and use all reasonable efforts to promote the interests of the Employer.
