**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a Leadership and learning Specialist As a member of the Learning and Organisational Development team sitting within the wider People and Culture Department this position is a key contributor to supporting and up-lifting employees at Liverpool City Council. This role will lead various projects across leadership, learning and organisational development.

The successful applicant will:

- Further develop LILA (Liverpool Leadership Academy) which up-lifts the capabilities of current and emerging leaders at Council
- Identify training needs and evaluate current training programs.
- Design and facilitate a range of learning programs and liaising with external trainers were required.
- Update and maintain existing eLearning courses and our Learning Management System (Litmos)
- Successfully onboard new employees (including facilitating induction)
- Manage projects across portfolios of work, including but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, culture, performance, capability development, coaching, mentoring and employee recognition.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have relevant qualifications and/or experience in leadership development, learning and organizational development.
- Are a confident facilitator and have experience developing workplace learning (face to face, blended and/or eLearning)
- Have experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Love to work in a collaborative and supporting team.
