**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an **Auditor** to be part of our Training Regulation, Security Licensing & Enforcement Command. The Auditor is responsible for regulating security industry training and assessment by conducting audits of Registered Training Organisations that are approved under the Security Industry Act 1997.

You must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (either TAE40116, TAE40122 or TAE40110 with additional units TAELLN411 - ‘Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills’ and TAEASS502 - ‘Design and develop assessment tools’).

**Target Question 1**:
This role requires strong capability in critically analysing information from a range of sources and making sound recommendations for further action based on a comprehensive and evidence-based assessment of the issues. Drawing on your relevant experience, describe how you
meet this requirement.

**Target Question 2**:
In this role you will be required to maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively conduct compliance audits. Where non-compliance is identified, you will need to work with all stakeholders to address and rectify the issues, as well as make recommendations for appropriate level of enforcement action. Referencing your skills and experience, explain your approach to managing these relationships.
