**PRACTICE RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME**

This is a great part time opportunity to work locally and close to home. The practice is located near to public transport so you can even leave your car at home.

Based in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we are seeking a part time “Practice Receptionist” with a commitment to customer service and attention to detail to work in a well-known and reputable family/community physiotherapy and sports injury practice.

This new part time employment opportunity is working just 4 half days per week Monday to Thursday.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will work closely and directly with the physiotherapists to provide an all-round enjoyable patient experience. Duties will include managing the patient reception services, data entry, telephone communications, various administrative tasks, handling enquiries and appointments with professionalism, efficiency and a strong attention to detail.

You will work with a highly reputable team of friendly specialists and other part time receptionists. The focus of the practice is to provide outstanding care to families within the local community.

To be successful, you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive on working as part of a flexible and supportive team.

Working days and hours are Monday & Wednesdays 7:30am to 1pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm to 7pm. The practice operates under flexible working conditions and you may at times be required to cover other team members during times of annual leave or sickness.

Full training in all aspects of the role will be given, although previous experience working in a similar practice would be highly desirable.

Your employment experience will include work-life balance and flexibility, a competitive hourly rate plus 10.5% superannuation.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities
