About the Role
- Participate in a network of referral and support through consulting and liaising with other health care professionals and agencies involved with consumer care and case management and promote and maintain community awareness of Mental Health issues.
- Utilise relevant information systems as directed for the purpose of recording and tracking clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively within the team to develop, implement, and evaluate programs that appropriately aid recovery from mental illness.
