**About the role**

GrainCorp is currently seeking an Area Planner to lead weekly planning team activity to deliver the maximum value for the North Eastern Victoria cluster and ensure sustainable level of activity across the operations and planning teams. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Weekly planning activities for the cluster to deliver weekly grains plans ranging from receival and outload tasks through to hygiene and fumigations
- Partner with the Area Managers to deliver bet performance against plans for cluster
- Work between the asset planner and Operations teams to ensure appropriate allocation and utilisation of all assets.
- Provide input into planning tools and recommendations for continuous improvements

**About your experience**
- Experience with intake and out loading plans
- Understanding of Word, Excel and SAP
- Excellent people/communication skills
- Freight scheduling
- Commercial Acumen
- Data Driven Decision Making
- Ability to travel to the various cluster sites on a monthly basis
- Experience in the grain industry will be highly regarded
