**What's the position?**
We are currently seeking experienced Continence Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary teams based accross our Perth region including Kwinana, Cockburn, Maddington, Ellenbrook & Mirrabooka.
As a Continence Physiotherapist you will work with children and adults living with a disability and requiring continence support. You will provide strategies, recommendations and care to the client, their family and their broader network through their school and/or workplace. You will also coordinate the assessment, planning and intervention of continence management for each client and provide ongoing evaluation and review of customer progress against their plans.
**What’s required?**
- Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy
- Ideally have Post Graduate qualifications in continence care/support, or be working towards a continence care/support certification
- Previous experience as a Physiotherapist, ideally with experience in continence are/support
- Previous experience working in the disability support sector under NDIS framework
- Be able to maintain customer records and ensure adequate and effective service delivery across the allied health team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on customer outcomes
