About the role

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist for an immediate start to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

This is a casual role providing planned and unplanned leave cover to our team of receptionists. Reception shifts are non negotiable early shifts 07:00 am until 1:30 pm and late shifts 1:30 pm to 08:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Answering and placement of all incoming calls
- Multitasking and prioritising workload
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to all information to which this position has access
- After-hours patient admissions

About you
- Experience in Healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
