- Demonstrated experience in management of outdoor staff
- Demonstrated experience in an operational environment including understanding of Work Health and Safety
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in dealing with members of the public
- Be self-motivated and show initiative in the delegated areas of responsibility
- A willingness to comply with all Council’s policies and procedures
- MR driver’s licence
- A SafeWork NSW White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
- Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plans qualification is desirable

**Things you will do**:

- The successful applicants will lead the daily activities of a team undertaking road maintenance activities (Sign installation, concrete works, traffic control, asphalt...)
