As a leading player in the logistics and warehousing sector, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Compliance/Finance Administrator who will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards and facilitating our continued growth.

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Compliance/Finance Administrator to ensure our day-to-day operations adhere to various licensing requirements. This role involves significant interaction with both internal teams and external partners like pharmacies and suppliers to manage and streamline compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **S8 Management with Pharmacies**:

- Sort incoming S8 drugs, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly processed.
- Proactively follow up with pharmacies regarding any missing S8 items to rectify discrepancies.
- **S8 Management with Suppliers**:

- Ensure all S8 paperwork is completed and returned to suppliers within designated timeframes.
- **Return Authorizations**:

- Oversee the pharmacy returns process, which is currently managed by Customer Service.
- Process received returns by determining appropriate actions such as returning to warehouse, raising credit notes, or coordinating with suppliers.
- **Communication Management**:

- Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure compliance processes are understood and adhered to.
- **License Reporting and Updates**:

- Prepare required reports related to licensing and ensure all license information is current and includes necessary brand updates.
- **Daily Finance Reports & Reconciliations**:

- Daily reconciliation/allocation of Bank Transactions
- Daily reconciliation/allocation of Pharmacy Payments
- Follow-up Outstanding Pharmacy Invoices

**Requirements**:

- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to perform slow and meticulous work which is repetitive yet critical for compliance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a compliance role is preferred but not required.

**Role Objectives**:
The Compliance Administrator will support our Head of Compliance and CFO/COO by ensuring that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met efficiently. This role is crucial as our industry’s regulatory demands grow and as we leverage compliance as a competitive edge in the market.
