Currently seeking a well-presented, experienced, full-time receptionist for a renowned Psychiatric Specialist center located Bondi Junction.

Working alongside two other receptionists' you will display exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working within a family-friendly team environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet and liaise with all patients and their families, clients, practitioners, staff.
- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
- Maintain all patient and related records within the software program used by us, currently “Genie”.
- Make, confirm, cancel, and re-schedule appointments together with business and practitioner requirements.
- Bill all patients, collect and receive moneys including operating all aspects of EFTPOS machine.
- Fax, scan and file documents, and otherwise organize documents.
- Prepare and copy documents for mail-out
- Distribute incoming mail daily
- All duties including typing documents are required with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception desk, waiting area, individual rooms including manager’s room, kitchen area.
- Participate in ongoing development activities as directed.
- Maintain practice dress and hygiene standards as instructed by the General Manager and Practice Manager.
- Any other duties and KPI’s as directed by the General Manager and Practice Manager.
