**The Opportunity**

Our Sydney branch is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our **Revesby** team in the position of **Trainee** **Receptionist**. This is a fantastic entry level position with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position within a global organization. As part of the traineeship, you will spend time working across the administration, service, sales and parts departments.

**Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will receive OEM level training in support of your role where you will**:

- Learn the administrative functions of the administration, service and sales departments.
- Be enrolled in a Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Receive & direct incoming phone calls and visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality while correctly filing correspondence and other documents.
- Update and maintain databases such as visitor & contractor inductions & in house systems.
- Ensure reception entrance and front of house is always neat and tidy.
- Provide customer service to all clients and employees, either personally or over the phone.
- Fulfil all administration, accounts and branch support duties as required.
- Ensure collection and delivery of daily mail and banking is complete daily.
- Ensure purchase orders are raised for all required office supplies general purchasing.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Be motivated to undertake a 12-month traineeship in Certificate III Business Administration.
- A positive, friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident level of computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to build good relationships to help other team members in providing end to end administrative support.
- To be conversant with and take an active part in all quality procedures.
- Maintain a good working relationship with customers, peers, and other departments.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and strategically plan your tasks so as to ensure optimum efficiency and quality in all that you do.
