**Our client**:
Based in Berrinba, our client is a national leader in the sales and distribution of Electrical equipment such as TVs, Fridges, washing machines, dryers and much more This DC receives, stores and dispatches all bulky items that the retail stores cant hold themselves.
**What will you do?**
Working within the Logistics department, you will be working within a team which will see you;
- Processing inbound returns as they are delivered to the DC
- Investigating claims, confirming damages or visible faults with electronic items
- Communicating with suppliers in regards to any claims with their Brands
- Following the suppliers processes and completing all paperwork and forms as required
**Who are you?**
You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, you may also possess;
- Prior experience working in office administration environments (Desired)
- Computer literate and able to work with different programmes and web based portals
- Have reliable transport
- Have strong attention to detail and organising documents and forms for processing
- Willingness to learn
- Available to work 0700-1506 either Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday (2 positions available)
