Greenkeeper

CK Recruitment are currently seeking Greenskeepers with Cricket Wicket experience to join our local government client based in Western Sydney.

This is an ongoing casual assignment with a view to permanency.
- **To be successful for this role applicants require the following**:_
- Ability to work from 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM Monday - Friday
- A current drivers licence
- Experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Ability to interact with a variety of people from the general public

Strong communication skills
- Working safely and responsibly
- Demonstrated computer, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively with limited direct supervision and work autonomously
- High energy level
- Ability to complete tasks within tight time frames
- Ability to cohesively work within a team environment

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience maintaining turf wickets
- Experience maintaining warm and cool season turf surfaces
- Experience using a variety of turf machinery
- Experience in sports field cylinder mowing
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management _(desirable, not essential. Full training provided)_

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairfield, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
