**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate screen printing equipment
- Prepare screens, inks, and other materials for printing
- Ensure accurate color matching and quality control
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues as they arise
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Screen Printer
- Proficient in setting up and operating screen printing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good color matching skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with effective communication skills

**Working Conditions**:
This is initially a casual position with the potential to become full-time based on performance and business needs. Mister T offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where your skills and dedication will be valued.
