**About the opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to work for a global organisation in a role collaborating cross functionally to ensure all tasks are completed to support the supply chain operation.

In this role you will be report into the Supply Chain Director working closely with the team to ensure critical medicines reach patients that need them. You will plan and coordinate stock, work closely with 3rd party logistics, utilise your analytical skills to evaluate situations, problem solve issues and work to prevent issues and ensure the product is getting out to patients whilst following compliance processes. This role would suit someone self-driven, resourceful and compliance focused. You will join a friendly & cohesive team and although this role is temporary there is a potential for permanency.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain SAP Inventory
- Plan and coordinate the transfer of stock within Australia
- Work on continuous improvements and facilitate cost savings
- Manage supply chain reporting - sales, inventory stock on hand, inventory reconciliation
- Support monthly supply chain review meeting
- Assist the stakeholders with invoice checking, reverse logistics and monitoring performance
- Customer Service Master Data
- Assemble supply chain metrics as requested
- Work on overall performance to support the success of the supply chain function.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
- Experience with cold chain
- Experience working in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Understanding of warehouse & distribution processes
- Experience working on SAP
- Strong communicate skills
- Analytical skills & able to work under pressure
- Strong customer focus
- Highly organised and motivated
- Resilient and have the ability to problem solve
