**Position Descriptor**:
Responsible for managing a group of children leading ECW's planning and programming with other staff working within the NQF and following the EYLF in the planning and supervising children with a knowledge of appropriate duty of care. Engaging in regular appropriate site directed documentation of children's learning and reflective practice linked to the planning process. Positively supporting children with behavioural issues, disability, speech and language delays and trauma backgrounds. High level collaboration in a team environment and upholding the values and ethos of the Department for Education and Code of Ethics. Following all policies and procedures and legislative requirements and proactively working to ensure a safe environment.
