An exciting career opportunity exists for highly motivated & proactive Assistant Site Supervisor to help grow our depot located in
**Belconnen**. Return-It depots operate
**7 days a week. **The role is full time and includes working one day on the weekend.

**What will you do?**
You will lead by example as you are pivotal to our culture, team, performance and work ethics.
- Assist with the collection and management of all product that enters the depots
- Ensure that product that is sorted accurately and placed in bulker bags (heavy lifting required)
- Transport bulker bags to the relevant storage area. This may be via forklift or manual handling
- Work with customers on a daily basis, assisting them to sort their containers either manually or via the alchemy machines
- Ensure all customers that come through the Depot feel important and valued
- Ensure that the customer experience received inspires returning customers
- Weekly reporting on Performance and Health and Safety in the Depot to Head Office to ensure transparency
- Monitor the KPI's produced by the depot to identify problem areas and establish and new procedures to improve efficiency
- Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently
- Regularly check the workplace for hazards and report any faults/risks for repair

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience working in a warehouse/storage facility
- Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
- A current driver’s licence is essential
