**The Organisation**
Our client is a market leading business within the North East suburbs of Melbourne, who are looking to bring on board a Payroll Team Lead (on a permanent full time basis) who is able to manage a team and be supportive of those around them.

**The Responsibilities**
The duties of the role will include the following, however not limited to:

- Hands on in assisting of the Payroll end to end
- Processing of different EBA's, Superannuation and Payroll tax
- Consist improving of the Payroll System and management
- Managing a small team
- Dealing with queries and escalations within Payroll
- Has had team leading experience within previous roles
- Ability to run Payroll end to end
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Dealt with Payglobal within previous roles
- Ability to deal with internal stakeholders
