**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Australia Eye Media is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. The Multimedia Designer will play a key role in creating and managing diverse digital content, including graphic design, video production, and online media assets, to promote our clients across various platforms. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within our team of digital marketing professionals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media platforms, and other digital assets. Ensure designs are consistent with clients' branding and messaging.
- Video Production: Develop video content, from concept to production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production. Ensure videos are engaging and align with clients' marketing strategies.
- Web Content: Design and manage digital content for websites, including banners, ads, and multimedia elements that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Social Media Content: Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, WeChat, and Weibo, to promote clients and their products effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaigns. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, adapt designs, and create content that reflects their vision.
- Branding: Assist in developing branding materials for clients, including logos, brochures, and other promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Technological Integration: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and tools to integrate into content creation and enhance digital assets.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 proven experience in multimedia design, including graphic design, video production, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
