Soccer Coach

**Junior Soccer Coach & Party Host**

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am-6:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing soccer training sessions for junior players.
- Engage and motivate young players, creating an energetic and positive atmosphere.
- Work with players of mixed abilities, tailoring coaching methods to individual needs.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to ensure consistent training quality and development.
- Provide feedback and support to players to help them improve their skills and confidence.
- Manage and lead soccer birthday parties on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), creating a fun and memorable experience for the kids.
- Proven experience working with children, preferably in a coaching or sports setting.
- Strong passion for soccer with a solid understanding of the game and its fundamentals.
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor, capable of inspiring young players.
- Ability to communicate effectively with kids, parents, and other coaching staff.
- Flexibility to work weekday evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Previous experience in organizing and running events or parties is a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Soccer coaching: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
