**About the Project**:
Growthbuilt have been appointed by their long standing client partner Anglicare as the Managing Contractor for Stage 6 of the Ponds Village Project. The Ponds project consists of completion of the remaining works to 50 Independent living units (ILU’s), Construction of Stand Alone Bin Bays, Construction of a Gate House Entrance, Installation of Road Signage & Line Marking, Services Infrastructure, Stormwater and Roadworks, as well as all associated landscaping works.

This is a Class 1 residential project valued at $15 million on a cost plus arrangement with a construction program set to be completed in May 2025. The team is current working though internal fit out and finishes as well landscaping works, external driveways and roads that will link the 50 house estate together.

As this is a takeover project from a previous builder, Growthbuilt are dedictaed in reaching our project completion date with the biggest challenge being multiple work fronts and restoring and distress works left behind.

**About the Role**:
As we move in to internal works we are seeking an all rounded finishes and facade Foreman to join our already established high performing team. Reporting to our Site Manager you will prepare work programs and monitor progress of Finishes or Facade works. To thrive in this role you will be the type of person who has an eye for detail, understands the importance of meeting deadlines and can plan work sequences down to an art.

You will take ownership of a dedicated set of works or area of the project, which means you will need to be confident working independently. You'll have the support of your project team behind you who can get you up to speed on the project intricacies and help you solve problems.

Overall your day-to-day basis you will:

- Co-ordinate and implement all day-to-day activities on the site
- Effectively manage the construction program to achieve progress and project delivery schedules
- Effectively manage subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers on-site
- Manage and coordinate materials, plant and equipment on-site
- Conduct Site Inductions for staff and Subcontractors
- Conduct Tool Box Talks
- Respond to site emergencies and co-ordinate with appropriate authorities

**About You**
- Trade qualifications in carpentry, construction or similar
- 3+ years experience in industry including supervision and organisation of subcontractors
- Experience working on Class 1 residential homes or large scale ILU's
- Proven experience in effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships
- Good understanding of HSE compliance and requirements, and proven experience of effectively controlling site safety and environmental compliance
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
