**About the role
To provide criminal intelligence support to Group Security & Investigations. This role requires intelligence analysis across a variety of criminal challenges faced across the Woolworths Group from both internal and external threats. This role will provide intelligence outcomes relating to:

- complex fraud, corruption and insider threat investigations;
- retail-time intelligence assessments to support Woolworths Group operations; threat discovery, and monitoring.

**Key responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of information supported by the use of creative and critical thinking skills to form an unbiased judgement and assessment.
- Confidently articulate complex matters clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to decision makers.
- Identify, locate, interpret and evaluate information and data and use that information to conduct an assessment and reach conclusions.
- Build relationships with a network of people both internally and externally and anticipate and be responsive to internal and external client needs.
- Proactively identify and assess threats to Woolworths Group and influence decision makers to respond appropriately. Provide real-time intelligence assessments on incidents or events reported to the Woolworths Incident Management Centre to provide situational awareness.

We are looking forward to hearing how you may have demonstrated these capabilities whilst also thinking about your relevant experience. You will have:

- Formal tertiary or vocational qualifications in criminal intelligence preferred.
- 5+ years criminal intelligence experience in a law enforcement or criminal intelligence agency.
- Criminal intelligence experience across complex investigations, critical incident response and threat analysis.
- Specific experience with regards to fraud, corruption, and insider threat will be beneficial.
- A proven ability to communicate effectively with influence, both written and orally.
- A proven ability to provide in depth understanding of the technical conduct of intelligence analysis and to produce timely high level intelligence products.
- An ability to seamlessly move between operational and strategic intelligence collection methods based on Woolworths Group requirements. Advanced OSINT experience.
