About the role:
The CDU International College is looking for expressions of interest for suitably qualified English teachers interested in teaching into our new ELICOS courses.

We are looking for fixed term and/or sessional teachers for two 10-week EAP programs that will commence in August and be taught fully face to face at the CDU Waterfront Campus.

Ideally, we are looking for teachers with experience preparing international students for success at university.

To support your teaching, you will be provided with an established curriculum and existing learning materials that you can adapt to suit your approach and the needs of your students.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- a degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)
- a suitable TESOL qualification (I.e., CELTA)
- experience teaching English for Academic Purposes in transition environment
- Current NT working with children clearance (Ochre Card), or Current NT teacher registration is required

Who are we?

The CDU International College delivers pre-university pathway programs for international students enrolling in undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs at Charles Darwin University. Our pre-university pathway programs are designed to develop the English language, Academic Skills and/or Discipline knowledge that our students require to succeed at CDU. Smaller classes and the provision of additional language and learning support ensure that students are provided with the required transition support and pastoral care as they begin their CDU Journey.
