Receptionist - Ford

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic **Service Receptionist**, to work at our busy Peter Warren Ford Service Department located in Smithfield on a full-time basis.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Answer and directing incoming calls
- Greeting Guests and directing them appropriately
- Assisting potential clients with enquiries
- Booking Vehicle in for Service and Recalls in ERA and Excel
- General administration support duties
- Proven Reception experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
