If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we have several fulltime permanent opportunities for Administrators, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 2:1 roster across Far North Qld remote Mine site Villages FIFO from Brisbane.

**Who are we looking for?**

Our Administrators are team players. They have a can-do attitude and always remain focused on service delivery. You are the face of our remote sites team. You’ll contribute extensively to the effective day to day operations and provide a service for customers, ensuring that each experience is as close to that feeling of being in a home away from home. To be successful, you’ll need:

- Previous administration experience within a Fast-paced environment (preferably FIFO or DIDO project work).
- Travel Management/Bookings experience
- Experience with Planning/Scheduling is desirable.
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs, including strong experience with Microsoft Excel suite.
- Ability to solve problems whilst working in a Fast paced environment.
- Ability to undergo the pre-employment process, including a medical, drug & alcohol booking and a National Police check.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Timely booking of New Requests and Managing Changes to bookings.
- Welcoming and assisting all visitors and residents at Site
- Checking in and out our Residents
- Compiling reports for various stakeholders
- Assisting with Building Maintenance requests
- Managing the Front Desk reception and the kiosk
- Performing General reception duties, as well as managing any resident requests

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in administration and are proficient in Excel. Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
