**Your new company**

Our client’s vision is to create a single integrated transport system accessible to everyone. They contribute to communities across the state by improving economic wellbeing, quality of life, safety and accessibility. They are seeking for a high performing and innovative manager (ETCS) to contribute to managing rolling-stock and signalling projects to meet the growing demand for rail service in south-east Queensland.

**Your new role**

You will provide effective leadership and delivery on project streams. Additionally, you will have a strong focus on delivery and be able to work with a complex stakeholder environment. Furthermore, you will perform high level research and analysis and provide strategic advise and support to the project team

Other more accountabilities
- Establishing and supporting appropriate governance arrangements.
- Establishing schedules for internal and external project activities, to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Leading, managing and controlling project activities in accordance with agreed plans to deliver the project on time and to budget.
- Identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic and operational risk using appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Managing supplier arrangements (contractor and consultants) and outputs, to ensure delivery to agreed specifications and standards.
- Contributing to and promoting a positive and professional project working culture.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally you have experience in managing high value and high complexity contract within a project environment. Furthermore, you can think critically, embrace change, and lead with focus. Moreover, you can build and sustain relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.
