**Videographer/Editor (Intermediate Level)**

We're seeking a passionate and talented Videographer/Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in cinematography and has a knack for storytelling through video. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage multiple times a week and editing compelling video content. This position offers significant creative freedom and the opportunity to shape the visual voice of Bluu Media House.

**Responsibilities**:

- Film various projects multiple times a week, ensuring high-quality video and audio capture.
- Edit video footage to create compelling narratives, aligning with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative video concepts.
- Manage and maintain all video equipment and assets.
- Adapt to various filming environments and challenges, ensuring the highest production standards.
- Contribute to the creative process with fresh ideas and a unique perspective.
- Demonstrated experience in cinematography and video editing (Intermediate level preferred).
- A fast learner with a great work ethic and a "doer" mentality.
- Creative and innovative, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of representing Bluu Media House in a professional manner.
- A desire to grow within the company and eventually lead a team.
