**A bit about the role**

INX Software is currently looking for a Technical Lead to head up our SAM engineering team, which is responsible for increasing efficiency and reducing costs for our customers by managing the logistics (travel and accommodation) of their Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) workforce.
- Empower, lead, coach and grow the scrum team to be successful, self-organised and adaptive.
- Facilitate scrum events, remove impediments for the delivery team and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and improvement.
- Manage our SAM product suite, while transforming it to a new SaaS platform as part of a broader transformation program of work.
- Lead the delivery of key initiatives working closely with the Product Owner and Architecture team to create clarity on solution design.
- Collaborate with the product team and various functions across the business through all phases of development to deliver on-time, high-quality software.
- Be hands-on, conducting code reviews and developing code as required.
- Be hands-on leading the DevOps practices in the team.
- Be part of our Software Engineering leadership team in creating the future of our organisation.

**What you will bring to the table**
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in managing remote teams and working remotely
- Prior experience working in a commercial/enterprise agile environment.
- Experience in OO languages and RDBMS will be highly regarded, as will prior experience within cloud with providers such as Azure or AWS.
- An understanding of Application Life Cycle management and DevOps is advantageous.
- An Agile mindset and sound understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum. (Certification will be highly valued)
- An ability to deal with ambiguity, pull apart complex problems and solve them.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- An ability to build and foster relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
