**The opportunity**:
**Some of the skill set required**:

- Degree qualified Geologist
- Deep operational / mining geology experience across base metals
- Extensive experience in resource estimation, technical and analytical skills, risk review and due diligence capabilities
- You don’t need to have a finance background however an interest in finance and / or are commercially minded will be important
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of senior level stakeholders - GM, MD, CFO level etc
- Innovative, forward thinking, motivated and highly engaging personal characteristics will be useful in this role
