**About the Company**:
Horizon Allied Health PTY LTD is an established, experienced and growing company that is expanding its clinical services to include Exercise Physiology.

We are looking to appoint an Exercise Physiologist with an interest in working with paediatrics and adult clients in a part time role.

**About the role**:
The position is based at the Laverton North Centre which is conveniently located near the corner of Leakes Road and Leveret Road, within 20 km of Melbourne CBD, is centrally located to the suburbs of Point Cook, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit and is easily accessed via the Western Ring Road (M80) to the neighbouring suburbs of Yarraville, Foorscray, St Albans and Sunshine.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Deliver exercised based interventions for clients with disabilities.
- Conduct in-home visits.
- Participate in the development of the exercise physiology department.

**What do you need for the role?**
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
- Current Accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional indemnity insurance
- NDIS worker check
- A valid Victorian Drivers License with access to a reliable vehicle
