**About the role**

Dandenong Hospital are seeking a full time Specialist Consulting Administration Manager. An opportunity exists within Monash health for an experienced Administration Manager to lead a fast moving and vibrant team. This Management position is responsible for overseeing the administrative and clerical processes and procedures that support clinic operations. This position is required to implement and lead change to improve clinic workflow and monitor performance as well as develop training and education packages and material to support staff.

**About you**

This position is ideal for someone with the following Skills and Experience
- People management experience
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience in implementing and leading change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of Department of Health and Human Services reporting requirements and policies is preferred
