We have an exciting opportunity to join Twinings & Co as an entry level Procurement Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for Procurement/Commerce/Supply Chain student or graduate to support the Procurement Business Partner in managing and optimizing the procurement process for our company.
Please note: This role is par time 3 days a week on a 6 month fixed term contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct analysis on suppliers’ data to ensure compliance with company’s requirements
- Identify information gaps in suppliers’ database
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract management system to store, track, and manage all procurement contract
- Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, compliant with legal standards, and aligned with company policies
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and inefficiencies in the procurement process
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking cost benefits
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to determine the most cost-effective suppliers without compromising quality
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
