**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client delivers insurance and care services to the community of NSW. Whether a person is severely injured in the workplace or on our roads, they support their long-term care needs to improve quality of life outcomes, including helping people return to work.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their team in Sydney CBD. This is an estimated 6- OR 12-month temporary assignment, potential to extend

Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, you will be required to identify, manage and implement end to end change strategies that support the successful and effective delivery of projects. This will include ensuring change strategies and plans maximise adoption and minimise resistance whilst leading to increased benefits realisation and successful outcomes for the organisations Customers.

In this role you will be responsible for however not limited to the following
- Facilitating the engagement of change strategy for allocated projects
- Optimise adoption and embedment of change
- Identify and assess impacts, assessing organisational readiness to new ways of working
- Manage the delivery of the change plan, working with change support areas including human resources, communications and customer experience teams
- Complete the Benefits realisation plan with project stakeholders
- Develop transition plans containing all activities to migrate the business to new ways of working prior to Go Live
- Manage and monitor business impact, implementing reinforcement strategies to support benefits realisation
- Provide input into Enterprise View of Change calendar monthly
- Support Communications resource in the design and delivery of communications collateral to achieve consistent messages
- Consult and coach portfolio project teams on change management
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating engagement, collaboration and contribution of ideas
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts and project stakeholders to achieve change management objectives
- Influence others to move toward a common vision and goal
- Create and maintain change management reporting systems, generating regular reports to the Executive Leadership teams as required
- Capture data and measure success metrics whilst reporting on change progress and roadblocks
- Prepare appropriate risk mitigation tactics including managing anticipated resistance to change

**About You**
To secure this great assignment you will have the following
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Change, Project Management or an equivalent field
- Change management certification essential
- Public Sector experience highly desirable
- Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
