The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Fellow (Urogynaecology - Pelvic Mesh) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Develop and maintain productive and mutually respectful relationships with a multidisciplinary team
- Provide an amount of on call in general gynaecology and obstetrics
- Teach nurses, training registrars and medical students in various aspects of urogynaecology
- Undertake training opportunities in urogynaecology and also attend clinical meetings, local, national and international, as they arise

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- AHPRA Registration
- Applicants for this role must be a member of RANZCOG
- Completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Temporary part time (up to 12 months with possibility of extension, 61 hours per fortnight)
- Base salary ranging from $65.55 - $82.99 per hour

The Gold Coast Urogynaecology unit is a Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) approved training unit which also hosts the statewide Queensland Pelvic Mesh Service (QPMS) based at Robina and Varsity Lakes.
