Planner**Service Planner / Coordinator**

**What you would do as our Service Planner**

As the clear heart of the service business, our planners play an integral part of our service delivery. You will implement support plans, evaluate service outcomes, and match the needs of your clients with the skills sets of your teams. You will be a self-motivated team player who is able to work collaboratively within a fast changing environment.

Our Planners oversee the planning and service work management, ensuring planning of technician’s productivity and contract budgeting in timely manner.

**You would also**:

- Enter schedules into the service planner program ensuring that the technician’s are accounted for and productive.
- Work with contract sales teams to ensure that all contract requirements are accurately implemented
- Manage an assigned region and balance technician workloads
- Working with the Service/Sales Managers, Service Techs and Service Sales to deliver the expectations of customers' KPI's
- Review jobs each day and drive completion of works
- Effectively plan the daily route of the service technicians to minimise travel

**The skills and experience we are looking for**
- Experience in a similar role not mandatory, but administration experience is definitely required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- Able to analyze KPI reports and determine best solutions to resolve potential delivery or productivity issues
- Ability to prioritise works and re-arrange schedules to meet customer service level agreements
- Ability to plan in advance including customer contact when booking
- Willingness and ability to adapt and collaborate with a variety of external and internal key stakeholders systems (apps, client portals, company processes etc)
- Efficient and able to prioritise tasks
- Assertiveness with a positive attitude
