We’re on the hunt for a **Direct & Independent Agency** **Account Manager** to join our **Sales team** based in **Sydney.** You will join a high-performing and collaborative team that works hard and fast to grow and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence buy-in. With access to SCA's product suite, including; **LiSTNR**, **SoundCloud**, the **Hit** and **Triple M** networks, you will ensure that you leverage all possible revenue opportunities to meet your monthly targets.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client specific needs and a pro-active approach to maximising revenue through customer focused selling.
- Proactively prospect and search for new clients and business opportunities.
- To consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of clients.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals.
- Maintain and grow client portfolio within Independent Agencies and Direct businesses.
- Pro-actively maximise revenue opportunities through identifying clients marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions.
- Pro-actively identify and establish clear goals and plans for key and target accounts in line with the Customer Focused Selling service principles of account list management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Continually and pro-actively develop knowledge and expertise of the Southern Cross Austereo products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment.
- Develop and maintain a system for organising priorities and activities to ensure effective implementation of plans to achieve revenue goals.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- 2-3 years of B2B selling experience with consistent and proven results
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong understanding of the media market
- The ability and desire to generate new business opportunities
- A desire to build strong relationships with clients, and internal stakeholders
- Genuinely passionate about the media industry and a love for all things sales
