Join Perpetual’s Asset Management Australia Product team in the role of Product Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you play an integral role in all stages of the product lifecycle including fund set up, creation of fund offer documents, statutory reporting, fund reviews and fund terminations. You will also be accountable for managing the ongoing maintenance and assisting in the development of the Pendal suite of products.

- Working across the Pendal suite of products, the role will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for a range of investment products across eight asset classes.- Delivering product enhancements from inception and business case, through to seeking approvals and implementation.- Presenting to Boards, Committees, and the AM Australia Leadership team.- Ensuring compliance and regulatory guidelines are being met.- Developing and enhancing disclosure documentation and facilitating due diligence processes.- Serving as the primary contact for Pendal product queries.- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships within the business and facilitate collaboration across all relevant stakeholders including senior leaders.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline.- Experience in a funds management or financial services product management role (investments or superannuation preferred).- Experience and working knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle.- Technical understanding of the fundamentals of the relevant Product types.- Strong understanding of regulatory and legal obligations and competitive dynamics in the industry.- Project management experience.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excel intermediate skills.- Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with team members, the wider Perpetual group and external stakeholders.- Strong organisational, project and time management skills.- Confident presentation skills.- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage stakeholders across the business including senior levels.
