**The Role**
As a Machine Operator with Hybrid Systems Australia, you will operate the laser cutter and other specialised machinery aligned with manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant and equipment, specifically the laser cutting machine
- Maintaining a tidy workspace
- Complete manufacturing tasks in the communicated timeframe
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Previous experience in steel fabrication, and laser machine operation
- Ability to communicate timeframes and deliver within manufacturing requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, and puts safety at the forefront of every task
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
