**Your new role awaits**:
The Boilermaker is responsible for the safe, effective and efficient maintenance, service, overhaul and repair of our extensive range of hire equipment and machinery according to trade practice and our internal Silver Service standards. You will play a crucial role in helping to ensure hire equipment at the branch is ready, fit and safe for hire. A key focus of the role is around providing an in-house inspection, repair and innovative service for equipment that has historically been outsourced for repair, as well as ensuring and maintaining a high focus and standard of safety.
- Diagnose and repair structural components across a variety of equipment
- Ensure paperwork is completed for service or repair work; maintain service records
- Ensure consumables are readily available and equipment is maintained regularly to avoid unplanned downtime
- Promote a Safety First, Zero Harm culture - _champion safety with your colleagues and customers._

**About you**:

- Can-do, flexible attitude
- Trade qualified Boilermaker MEM30319 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or Equivalent
- Steel and Aluminium welding experience, including pipe work
- Current driver’s license
- Forklift license is desirable but not essential
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
