About the Role
- Work collaboratively to provide a high-quality customer focused service that validates the integrity of billing services, ensuring that non-compliance is identified and communicated back to relevant staff with recommendations for improvement.
- Prompt examination, investigation and resolution of discrepancies including (but not limited to) receipting issues, unpresented cheques and other transactions requiring reconciliation and recording.
- Problem solve discrepancies and initiate appropriate corrective action as required.
- Effectively network with revenue and medical billing colleagues.
