Experienced Caretakers

Executive Property Maintenance Services (EPMS) is looking for an experienced, hardworking and reliable gardener/caretaker to join our team.
Role involves performing a wide variety of gardens & grounds and cleaning maintenance tasks.
All staff meet at home base in Wynnum (Brisbane Bayside) every morning and return to home base at the end of the day.

A brief overview of what the job involves is as follows (Please remember, we are only wanting experienced people to apply, particularly when it comes to hedging, whipper snipping and ride-on mowing work):

- Complete Property/ Lawns, Gardens & Grounds Maintenance
- Lawn mowing & edging/whipper snipping
- Trimming of hedges & trees
- Cleaning (mopping, vacuuming, window clean etc)
- Blowing & picking up garden debris
- Weeding
- Removal of rubbish
- Minor landscaping
- Mulching etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $27.46 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Gardening and use of petrol powered gardening equipment: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
