The Porteno Group is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced waitstaff to join our dynamic team across our venues Porteno Restaurant, Bastardo & Wyno x Bodega.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and provide recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Set up and maintain clean and organized dining areas, including preparing tables, polishing silverware, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a waitstaff in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine service, is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $33.77 per hour
