Our Finance Department in 30-32 North Road, Wynnum West (Brisbane) is looking for a **Finance Analyst**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for the Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and policies.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial procedures and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
- Support in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Manage cash flow, including monitoring receivables, payables, and banking transactions.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Provide coverage for other team members when needed.

**Your ideal profile**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations applicable to Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to an SAP environment would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
